Account
Your name, email address and optional phone number, and a securely hashed password.
Bookings
The venues, courts and times you book, and your booking history.
Payments
Payment status and a reference from our processor. We never receive or store your full card details.
Usage
Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as session and device information and notification tokens if you enable reminders.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, take and manage bookings, process payments, send you booking confirmations and reminders, provide scoring and history features, and improve and support the service. We send transactional emails (such as verification, password reset and booking confirmations); newsletters are sent only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to run Cricverse: with PayHere to process payments; with the Operator of a venue you book, so they can honour and manage your booking; and with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, push notifications) acting on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting and dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your account.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us.
7. Security
We use industry standard measures including encrypted transport and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
