Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for court bookings made through Cricverse (Novità Sports Entertainment).

Cancelling a booking
You can cancel an upcoming booking at any time from Account, then My bookings. When you cancel, the court immediately becomes available for others.
Refunds
24+ hours before
Cancel at least 24 hours before your slot starts and you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Within 24 hours
Cancellations inside 24 hours of the start time are not refundable, as the court has been reserved for you.
No-shows
If you do not attend a booked slot, the booking is not refundable.
Venue cancellation
If the venue cancels your confirmed booking, you receive a full refund.
How refunds are processed
All payments and refunds are handled by our payment processor, PayHere, in Sri Lankan Rupees. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Free bookings
Some courts are offered as free reservations or pay at the venue. No online refund applies to these; simply cancel the slot so others can use it.
