Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cricverse, operated by Novità Sports Entertainment ("Cricverse", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Cricverse is a platform for booking sports courts and scoring indoor cricket matches in Sri Lanka. Venues listed on Cricverse are operated by independent venue partners ("Operators"). Cricverse provides the booking, payment and scoring technology.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to book and pay. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.

3. Bookings

A confirmed booking is an agreement between you and the Operator of that venue for the selected court and time. Availability, opening hours and pricing are set by the Operator and shown before you confirm. Cricverse facilitates the booking but is not the provider of the venue or the game session.

4. Payments

Where a court is priced, payment is taken online through our payment processor, PayHere, in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Cricverse does not store your card details. By paying you authorise the charge shown at checkout. A booking is confirmed as paid once the payment is verified. Prices include any taxes where applicable.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Operators

If you register a venue business, you confirm you are authorised to offer that venue for booking, that your pricing and availability are accurate, and that you will honour confirmed bookings. You are responsible for the safety and condition of your venue and for complying with local law. Cricverse may charge fees for use of the platform, which will be disclosed to Operators.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, book fraudulently, or use it for unlawful purposes. Match and scoring content you create must not be unlawful or infringe others' rights.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Cricverse available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, Cricverse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of Operators or other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction.
